EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love note before sending it to our customer. However, sometimes things don't work out, and in such cases, we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you.

We do not promise an exchange since we make our pieces consciously in small batches. However, if you'd like to return your outfit, please write to us at hello@shoprooyi.in with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure. Please follow the steps and ship the product back to us within the timeline stated. 

• Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your return. 
• Some product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product. 
• Returns will only be processed after discussion on email. 
• Products purchased on sale will not be eligible for returns.
• Customized products and products purchased using credit notes will not be eligible for returns.
• All return requests must be communicated via email.

CREDIT NOTE

In the event of returns, we issue a credit note equivalent to the value paid of the order. A return fee of Rs. 100/- will be deducted from the credit note amount. Please also remember to mention your full name and pick up order number on the package. Credit notes have a validity of 12 months and are redeemable only on website purchases. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds. 

CANCELLATIONS 

In case of cancellation, please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order. A credit note of the full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of 12 months.
